Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit vivianquade.com, why, and the rights you have under UK and EU data protection law.

Who we are

The data controller for this site is Brilliantio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 03645364) with its registered office at Suite 3, 207 Regent Street, London, W1B 3HH, United Kingdom. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@brilliantio.com.

What we collect

Very little. This site has no sign-up form, no contact form, no accounts and no analytics. We do not set cookies.

Server logs and security

Like every site on the public web, our hosting platform records minimal access logs (IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request) so the site can serve pages and so abuse can be detected. These are processed by Cloudflare, Inc. as our hosting provider and content delivery network. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare keeps these logs only for as long as it needs them to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under the retention terms in its privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). We do not download, keep or aggregate them ourselves.

If you email us

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and keep them only as long as needed to deal with your message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you.

Things we do not do

International transfers

Cloudflare operates globally, so request data may be processed outside the UK. Such transfers are protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard, as UK GDPR requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and restrict or object to our processing. Email hello@brilliantio.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection regulator where you live.

Changes to this policy

If we add a mailing list, analytics or anything else that processes personal data, this policy will be updated before it goes live and the date above will change.
